Warranty, Return and Refund Policy

Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts gives you peace of mind buying tools from us. We offer you a 2-year warranty against all manufacturing defects on all our tools. Momentum Cycle will offer repair, if applicable, or replacement of defective parts.

The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser who made their purchase through our web platform, upon presentation of the original purchase invoice. The Momentum Cycle warranty is not transferable and is offered to the original purchaser only. The warranty offered does not cover, under any circumstances, any damage to any other product used in conjunction with Momentum Cycle tools. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and user to ensure that Momentum Cycle tools are used properly and safely. Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of our tools.

No warranty is offered for defects resulting from conditions beyond the control of Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts, including but not limited to, faults as a result of ordinary wear and tear, scratches, alterations of any type, improper use, negligence, overloading, acts of God, fire, temperatures below -30 degrees C or above 50 degrees C, or if the product is not assembled, mounted or used in accordance with Momentum Cycle's written instructions and other included guidelines with the product or made available to the buyer via our website.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. In the event that a product needs to be returned, a representative of Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts will provide the mailing address and any additional instructions to use to return your product. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping and transportation costs to return any merchandise. The original proof of purchase is required. Following an analysis, Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts will make a final decision as to the nature of the damage or defect and will issue a replacement product or a refund, if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase, minus a re-stocking fee.

If you are shipping back an item to us, we recommend considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as we have no control on third-party shipping companies and their services.

In the event that a tool manufactured and sold by Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts is defective, we recommend that the purchaser communicates directly with Momentum Cycle via service@momentumcycletools.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
