🚫 Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipping

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, specifically the elimination of the de minimis exemption, we are temporarily unable to ship orders to the United States.

This change may result in unexpected import fees of USD$80 or more charged upon delivery. To protect our customers from these costs, we’ve decided to pause U.S. shipments while we explore better solutions.

🌍 Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum cart value threshold, depending on the destination country.

• • Free shipping to Canada for orders over CA$100.
  • Free shipping to USA for orders over USD$90.
  • Free shipping to France, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Germany and Netherlands for orders over €110.
  • Free shipping to Australia and New Zealand for orders over AU$180.

 

📦 Flat Rate Shipping

For orders below the free shipping threshold, we offer a flat rate shipping option:

• • Flat rate of CA$5 for Canada for orders over CA$60.
  • Flat rate of USD$10 for USA for orders over USD$65.
  • Flat rate of €10 for France, Belgium, Portugal, Spain, Italy for orders over €75.
  • Flat rate of AU$13 for Australia and New Zealand for orders over AU$125.

 

📜 Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the seller’s country of origin may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariff, or other fees imposed by the local authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product prices or the shipping fees displayed on the website.

The customer is solely responsible for the payment of these fees, which may be required upon delivery by the carrier or local customs authorities. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with the relevant authorities in their country to understand any applicable import requirements and costs.

By confirming their order, the customer agrees that these fees are their responsibility and acknowledges that the seller cannot be held liable for their application or amount.

Incoterms: Ex Works (EXW).

 

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification is obtained. Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 4 business days of payment authorization.

Momentum Cycle uses Canada Post as its primary parcel shipping service. When ordering, the buyer will be offered different services and delivery options. The cost of the delivery service will vary depending on the option chosen by the consumer. Please note that delivery costs and delays are estimated by the carrier. Momentum Cycle cannot under any circumstances guarantee delivery costs or delays. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. Momentum Cycle is not responsible for the loss of a package from the moment it is picked up by Canada Post or any other carrier.
