More riders and shops now have access to 3D printers — or know someone who does.

3D printers are becoming more efficient and easier to work with.

Not everyone can design and use 3D modeling tools, but everyone can
download a file.

We’ve spent years learning how to design for 3D printing – and we want
to share that.  

It’s a step forward reducing environmental footprint: no boxes, no shipping, no fuel burned.

To ensure optimal performance, materials/manufacturing guidelines and recommentations are provided with the purchase of all Digital Files. Those guidelines are not the exact recipes of how we manufacture our tools in-house – we most of the time use several materials and different setups only to produce 1 single part and we don’t feel comfortable in giving everything on the Web for now.

Our tools are tested and ready to go! If your print doesn’t fit as expected, it’s often down to printer calibration or slicer settings. Check both and print again—that’s the beauty of DIY!

All Digital File purchases are final and non refundable. Please make sure you purchase the right Digital Files for your bike(s).

The user acknowledges that the use of our tools is at their own risk. It is their responsibility to ensure proper use in a safe environment and with appropriate equipment and security. Momentum Cycle Tools is not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper printing or use.

We’ve invested countless hours in drawing, design, testing, and fine-tuning these tools—and we ask the MTB community to honor that effort.

To help differentiate between products printed using our STL files and those we manufacture in-house, we've added an "MCT-IP" engraving on all STL files.

By checking the mandatory acceptance box on the product page and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that a digital record of your consent is stored with your order metadata. This serves as your digital signature and confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Internal Shop & Personal Use Only: You are licensed to print and use these tools for your own repairs or within your specific bike shop location. The commercial sale of physical tools printed from these files is strictly prohibited.

2. No Digital Redistribution These Proprietary Fabrication Files: Digital files are for your use only. Sharing, uploading, or sending these files to third parties or public platforms (Discord, Printables, etc.) is a violation of international IP law.

3. The "MCT-IP.COM" Engraving: All designs include an integrated MCT-IP.COM engraving. This mark must remain visible on all digital and physical copies. Removing or altering this mark voids your license and renders the part an unauthorized counterfeit.

4. Fabrication Responsibility & Safety: You assume all risk regarding the structural integrity of the tools you manufacture. Momentum Cycle Tools and Bike Parts is not liable for tool failure or damage resulting from user-selected materials or print settings.

Home mechanics and bike shops are welcome to use our STL files for their own service and repair needs. However, these files are provided strictly for personal or in-shop use; not for manufacturing products intended for resale or any form of monetary compensation.
